Will do, for reference between the MFT (120lbs), ORP (120lbs), 33 gal tank (+80lbs in materials and extra fuel) and BUG (25lbs) I'm ~300lbs heavier over the rear axle than a 5th gen without those, add the fiberglass topper for +500lbs total (no 35in spare yet) and it should be comparable to the...
I added the fox 2.5 front stock settings to the below, looks like my passenger is one thread less than the driver, so if they would have spun the collar around 180 degrees where I could loosen the set screw they would be even/very close.
I loaded the bed (300 and 500lbs are in addition to the...
Hah story of my life.
I measured the threads but counting them would be much better so I will go check this out and update this thread. I'm also getting rear sag measurements at different weights so I can ensure I won't be nose high on a trip and/or towing a small trailer.
Did you remove the shocks from the truck, or take a second try while still mounted?
On my passenger shock the allen head set screw is pointing away from me/towards engine so pretty sure shocks have to come off to fiddle with it.
There are plenty of payload and GVWR posts on expedition portal, overlandbound etc forums with guys in new vehicles doing the math and coming to the same conclusion as this thread. In the end there are many rigs that are over gvwr, taco's, 4runners, jeeps, all of them.. Do they have issues? I...
Depending on your goals and terrain, if you want an added skid plate where ram didnt place one.. this one is super beefy, just got mine today, think it weighs about 45lbs.

In the news release Carli put out about their new suspension package for the Ram they spoke about the Method 305 NV in 18x9 with a -12mm offset fitting. I've been considering these but for now I threw on some 285/75R18 Falken Wildpeaks on the stock 18's and have been happy and didn't spend...
I think this is a great point, we are all here to help each other and that makes this a great forum.
The lemon law process sucks, but we would all love to see this fixed for you, or get you in another Ram if that is what makes you happy.
For what it's worth you will save the stock spare weight so it wont be the full 110lb inctease for your spare 35. Same with front and rear bumper unless those are already the net increases?
A 12k winch is approaching 80lbs so you can add that to your list.
I'm going through a similar project...
My coworker thought I slammed into his 1 day old Lexus when I was backing in next to it and the shadows in the parking garage triggered the braking. He got awfully upset at me for a moment... lol
Man I feel for you on this fiasco.
Hopefully with the trx having the 12in screen there will be enough pressure from folks paying 100k for a truck that FCA fixes the bugs/defects.
I actually ordered what would be needed but since the main bracket was on backorder I cancelled the order this week. Attached is the screenshot, I had ordered it all from BAM fyi.
I wanted to add a thank you to both of you seribralcrow and ram1500rsm, I wouldnt have been able to figure this out with your input.
I ordered a Hellwig swaybar for 2-4in lifted 5th gens but it's on backorder for a month, so I'll update after that for sure (added picture of how my links look)...
I got the Gladiator 2.5in lift coils from Clayton in 2 days via fedex. I will mention somehow when I checked out on the site via PayPal they said I didnt give a final confirmation, even though the money got sent, so for a few days I was waiting for an order confirmation until I called in and...
Wow I got thousands more than that for my 2019 2wd laramie level 1 that had an msrp of 53k or so.. Supply and demand I guess, they sold mine in under a week from what I could tell.
If you want a more budget approach you could buy the UCA's from the mopar 2in lift kit, I think they are ~$120 for the pair, then you can get the spacers separately.
Also to note, I had a 2019 june purchase on the highest level of rebates (30%+) so a month ago I checked dealer trade in and third party offers and found that carvana would pay me more for a 2wd 2019 with over 10k miles than what a new 4x4 with more options was at the dealer. All trade in values...
Does this sound like what you are experiencing? I had this happen to me once on my 2019 but then didnt bother bringing it in for it. I haven't had my 2020 in the heat much yet so not sure if it's still an issue on this one...
