    Price negotiated from MSRP

I feel free to say "sorry you couldn't negotiate a better deal" and also "better luck next time."

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Sure it did. March/April timeframe. Nobody was buying cars, so dealers were getting huge rebates to try and move the metal.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Not everybody bought in the early stages of a pandemic when sales hit the basement and manufacturers responded by nearly paying people to take cars off the lot.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Those fees go to governmental agencies and are not negotiable in any way. TTL vary wildly depending on where you register, so to use when figuring out % off gives an unmatched comparison to sales in other states. Example: Montana charges 0% sales tax while Oklahoma charges 11.5% If you must...

Why does no one else want the truck I do?

Specific tastes often require specific orders. That, or let a volume dealer know what you're looking for and for them to call you if/when something like that is headed their way. Be prepared to give on something if you aren't willing to order exactly what you want.

    Multi-Function Tailgate: worth it?

Tough to beat. Ramboxes change the usefulness of the truck in ways I can't describe well. Keeps the cab clean, bed free , and tools and 'extras' organized and in ther place in the ramboxes. Helps blend a life/work vehicle with little trouble. Bakflip Revolver X4 is a great hard soft cover...

How to Get the Best Price on Your New Ram

Similar to when the sales manager/finance guy at the dealership tells you that they lost money on the sale while smiling and handing you keys. They didnt.

Looking to purchase a Ram, concern about future value

Thats a long term potential problem, not a short term actualized problem. I'll take my chances.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Its 21.5%. Clearly a good deal. If it is the truck you want and can afford, you should do that.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Agreed. Limiteds are nice, but a well equipped Laramie hit the sweet spot for me.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Sorry...didn't realize you were not referring to 1500s.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Glad you got that deal. Without knowing condition and equpiment, sounds like your buyer overpaid. I know used truck values are all over the map, but 45k for a 2014 with 85k miles is...a lot. I'm not looking to sell, but certainly would if someone is silly enough to overpay that much.

    Price negotiated from MSRP

If you know where people are giving 55k for used laramies with 35k miles, let me know. I've got a 2020 Laramie, well equipped, with 5k I'd let go for 65k...

    6th Gen Wish List

15 years ago, could you have seen consumer preference trending towards $70k trucks with opulent interiors? Things(technology AND consumer preferences) change, often rapidly.

That's when you call the Lawyer that advertises the most on your local TV channels.

Remote Start - "Pit Stop" mode ?

If I'm interpreting the question properly, it is seeing if left running and locked sans fob, will the truck be able to be driven away should someone break in. A previous vehicle I had wouldn't move from P to D if the fob wasnt in the vehicle. I havent tested this in my truck.

Remote Start - "Pit Stop" mode ?

It isn't illegal in all states. Sometimes the cabin needs to stay cool or warm based on reasons. It's a reasonable question.
