Bought a hard wire kit off ebay which includes an add a fuse. Also bought the mirror mount from the same seller. Specify you need a micro fuse when you buy. Easy to route thru the headliner and down the a pillar to the fuse box under the steering wheel. Should take about 20 minutes once you...
Tire pressures are definitely not static. You should check once a month, takes a couple of minutes to adjust if needed. Always check the tires when the truck has been idle for at least 30 minutes. Adjust to desired PSI. You can lose a couple psi a month in many cases. Never adjust the psi...
I'm going to take a stab at this. I would guess most people think the bigger the tire, the more air pressure is needed. So if I have a truck on 20's it should take more pressure than my wife's Camry on 16's which also calls for 32 psi. Easy to assume. The air carries the load but the size of...
A lot more to it than just tire pressure, but that was a factor. Back to the OP. Sticker is there for a reason, but running at 34 psi isn't going to have any big affect one way or the other. Every tire manufacturer publishes load and inflation tables. If you can't sleep one night, google away.
Well you left out the AC issues! I don't consider those raising issues to be complainers, mostly others trying to help the Ram community. The chances of anyone having all of these issues is slim but you may encounter one or two. That's life. If anything be glad that there is a great resource...
Can't tell if there is sarcasm in your post but most of us don't work for free. Overall this site has probably cost me money (in mods) but I really love my truck and the community here is mostly very helpful. I will become a $ supporter tonite and challenge the members of this site to consider...
Installed mine today on the middle setting. No more than 30 minutes total. I will give her a test drive tomorrow, hoping for the same results everyone else is feeling. 18mm ratchet wrench makes it much easier.
Installed the Hellwig sway bar. Took 30 minutes and I can tell you an 18mm ratchet wrench will help a lot. End link nut was really tight, loosen it before you remove the frame bolts. Set on middle hole and will give it a test run tomorrow.
Ok so I did an online chat with VLEDs asking about the fit on the standard gate. Was told that there should be no contact as long as the frame was not used as well. Since I only had the light, decided to test fit before bothering with the wiring. Well the gate does come in contact with the...
Pretty sure there was a similar issue in another thread. Not sure where it was. I don't think any cover will make a difference. Someone applied some foam to keep the water out.
So why are there several threads with hundreds of posts on this very site concerning the AC performance? Probably because some of the trucks have an issue. Just guessin...
If you don't have a problem, that's great. But you and others spend an awful lot of time trying to convince us that...
