Well, there is the option of the new straight-six "Hurricane" engine if you want more power than the baseline V6 supplies - it has significantly more power and torque than the 5.7 L Hemi V8. It's missing the nice V8 rumble of the 5.7 L, but in terms of power and drivability, so far the people...

I love your truck, it looks great!

My 2020 is Billet Silver Metallic with Walnut Brown Metallic two-tone paint option along the bottom, I can say that those two colors go together well.
.
In 2019, Ram offered the two-tone option with Patriot Blue Metallic on top, Walnut Brown Metallic on the...

Wow, 164k miles in 4-5 years - that's a hard-working truck. Do you tow with it?

Are you saying that the oil at each joint of the intercooler tubes is related to "stuck swirl valves"? I've heard that it's usually either the oil seals in the turbo, or an EGR (exhaust gas recirculation)...
The battery on my 2020 ran down when it was around two years old, got a jump and took it to the dealer. Charging system and battery both checked out OK, tech suggested I keep it on a "battery conditioner" given that I may not drive it for 2-3 weeks at a time.

I bought a NoCo Genius 10 and keep...

Every time my 2020 Ram has shown error messages, including a few times messages to service suspension, removing 12V battery ground cable for a couple hours (or overnight), reconnecting ground, letting the truck sit overnight after reconnecting ground, then driving it the next day, has always...

Just guessing here, but I'm thinking they probably have EV trucks in mind, where no engine up front gives them the latitude to shorten the front hood and add that to the cab interior. Pure speculation on my part.

I suspect it'd be the same for all of their VVT engines. You may well be right - I just meant that I didn't recall the Ram engine engineer guy saying that they up the oil pressure specifically to actuate the VVT cam movement. He said that 18 PSI is way more than enough to protect the bearings...
.
The Stellantis engine guy on TFL stated that the 18-19 PSI the TFL Ram dropped to for a few seconds was plenty more than enough pressure to protect the bearings and other moving parts. He also said the highest oil pressure requirement of the engine is to actuate the VVT (variable valve timing)...

Yeah, I hear you. But the owner of Z Automotive is pretty darn sharp, and has succeeded where others have failed. Given a bit of time, they may figure it out. Fingers crossed.

FWIW, I recall Sean Holman on the Truck Show Podcast a few years ago saying in answer to a listener question "Why doesn't an offroad-specific model like the Rebel have the front camera?". Holman said because the lower trim levels have a different wiring harness than the higher trim levels, so...

I wonder if the Tazer DT could do it? I know they have some functionality that overrides factory camera behavior. Like it turns on the front camera when the parking sensors sense that you're getting close to something in front of you. I don't have a Tazer, and I don't know if it can activate...

I'm very sorry to hear your Ram, and Ram leadership, has failed you. That really sucks.
.
Regarding product quality, my 2020 has been nearly flawless in its quality and workmanship, so Ram can definitely build superb trucks, you were unlucky enough to get the opposite.

I wish you the best in...

Mmmm...if you think you're not being tracked just because you didn't "register your Uconnect", I think you might be surprised. All late-model vehicles and all cellphones can be tracked, and usually are, whether or not you are aware it is being done. Some automakers have been caught selling...
.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think what you're saying is that all of our various options for in-vehicle navigation have pros and cons, Uconnect isn't bad, and Uconnect has its place. Did I synopsize that reasonably well?
.
Like you, I do appreciate that my 2020 Ram doesn't charge a...
