    Exhaust

MBRP is the company that makes the exhaust that American Trucks sells. I've had their catbacks on 5 different trucks. Excellent quality gear and perfect fitment. I actually love the sound and never any drone.

2022 Laramie G/T or Limited Night Edition (Which build would you go with?)

Test drove a Laramie Sport GT and the paddle shifters, console shifter, ram air intake and Mopar Exhaust are all pretty cool but then I seen a limited and that was it. Pure luxury inside and the lights... So bright and they look amazing. I vote for the Limited hands down unless you're going...

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

    That must sound ridiculously good.

    Big tires on stock 22s

So if I want Toyo AT3's in 295/50/22 for spring I should order now. Or lift it and do 35's. They're probably back ordered too.

21 Ram Limited w Air Suspension Lift Kit

The 4" BDS lift kit is what I'll end up doing with mine too. I had the 6" BDS Coil Over system on my 2015 and it was flawless. A much better ride over stock. Hoping the 4" for the Ram Air Suspension set up is as good. It's cheaper so that's a bonus! I've heard of a Rough Country 5" system but...

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

It sounds louder to me today than it did yesterday. Go figure. lol

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

Nope. Put the truck in Off road 2 and on a hoist. Very easy.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

Funny you said that. Drove the truck a lot today then a bit ago did a cold start and had a friend rev it out. Way louder and a real growl now. Sounds incredible. Zero regrets. Still quiet in the cab lol wtf

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

Stock system was out in 5 minutes, the Borla installed in 45 minutes... It was pretty smooth all the way around.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

This explains the GT exhaust then. Because it looked to have the factory resonators before the factory tips!

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

If I were to do it all over again, I'd get the Atak. This S-Type sounds amaze balls and all but I'm used to more loudness. Now this may very well be loud AF from the back but in cab loudness when cruising when compared to my 2015 with MBRP makes it sound like stock. It's really that tame from...

    It.....doesn't include tips?!

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

All done. Fit and finish perfect! I will say it's definitely quieter than the MBRP system on my 2015. At least so far. In the cab you hear nothing. If you didn't know you'd think it's still stock. Standing out back it gets louder and has a nice rumble to it. Not quite the same crackles the...

Installing it right now. Stock system came off in minutes. Nice.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

Yes sir, definitely will. I'm really hoping it sounds like the GT, maybe a bit louder.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

I've had MBRP exhaust on 5 different trucks now and it was always a perfect fit. Odd to hear you didn't have the same experience. I always loved the sound of their systems until I heard that GT. That's what sold me on Borla. My S-Type just arrived and will be going on tomorrow morning. Looking...

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

The Borla S-Type I bought during Black Friday sales was the equivalent to $970 USD. Not bad. I'll probably add the Mopar Ram Air CAI next.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

Apparently the Magnaflow one is cheaper and folks have been using that instead.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

I have the Borla S-Type Catback arriving tomorrow and I chose it based off test driving a Ram GT a couple weeks ago before buying my Limited. The GT sounded amazing and the dealer was 110% positive it was the Mopar Performance catback which was a Borla. They weren't sure if Touring, S-Type or...
