It looks like a piece of paper tape, shined a light on it and can't see if the vin is below it or was supposed to be installed on top of it. Will be a good conversation with the dealer at the first oil change :)

Finally got it home and tucked in the barn. House garage is too small so the truck lives with the toys out here.

- 200X s-10 wasn't big enough - solid it bought 01 f150 supercrew; didn't make 180K before it was rusted out and unreliable - couldn't find anything I perceived as better so I bought a 12 f150 in 2015. - it's not had the best service history ( header, rockers/cab corners, 4wd system, etc etc)...

I got them cheap on Amazon too used like new. Missing some hardware. Called up husky, gave my address and they are on the way.

My new truck has the ppf from the factory. Any tips for my first detail, I plan to use the synthetic clay bar and wax I’ve used in past, but not sure how to treat the ppf and definitely don’t want a ridge of wax to build up on the lines.

I bought a bunch of Griot's stuff when my wife got her new car last fall- really good stuff! Now if my truck ever shows up I'll get to use it again!

How do you like that bike rack set up? We have some camping trips planned and tried the bikes on the back of camper last year; didn't work. Then I moved them in the bed but that really limits ability to haul anything else.

I swear the wait from September to February was shorter!
