Spoke with ram chat today they are escalating my case to the tracking team. Truck had a build sheet on 12/24 and has had no status change since then. They agreed that 3 weeks was a little excessive so fingers crossed the truck starts to move

What could cause a WS to be held up? My BS was 12/24 still no WS RAM Chat says JB status. Anyone?

My Vin 4NN229768 had a build sheet late Dec, and no WS yet. Spoke with my dealer and he told me that it is in JB status waiting on options to be added.

I see a lot of BS but not many WS. Is there a unreported hold up at the body vendor?

When you say things didn’t work out with the dealer what do you mean? Was there a price issue etc?

2 BS on 12/24 , 1 WS after Christmas another still waiting, both back country trucks with similar options on 33 the other 23 gallon

My status today from Ram is my truck is in JB status, with no ETA...

Those BS are before mine besides the first on so I don’t feel as bad lol

@triple_B first off thank you for all you have done with this Forum... As far as a preferred way, I like the option you mentioned but that seams like a ton of work to go backwards. What if you just start with the last few days and change the process going forward??

I actually live in MA but right on the NH boarder so the dealer was closer. NH is a great place my wife and I are looking to move north in retirement....

I looked at the Cassen site and the closest "hub" to me is NY/NJ. My truck is going to NH, does it go to NY/NJ first then another carrier? I have had a WS for 1 order for a few weeks now and no update from Ram Chat at all,.

Any WS being released?
