This is the link from the forum advertisement on Criswell. Their discount is typically off MSRP so you have to compare to others that discount off invoice. I think you have to deal with Carl too.

For reference it was $180 to have the truck done. I went with these guys: https://nhoilundercoating.com/
Product: Oil Only (no wax): https://nhoilundercoating.com/nh-oil-undercoating/
The Boss Wax / Oil was like $800. I figure that cost is = to about 4-5 oil only applications. Once you do a...
So I thought I'd put an update in here regarding my VLED plate lamp. I got mine back in September and it would not fit on top of the plate without some contact with the tailgate when opened. I ended up installing it on the bottom of the plate; unfortunately the rear bumper really blocked alot of...
I had my truck oil coated underneath this past Aug, it had 1000 miles on it. I’d do that. The bed line you could wait and do when you are ready to sell it, it will hide all the bed scratches.
I got all the manuals in plastic with my 2020 Laramie. I do prefer the full electronic PDF that I downloaded. Can search it on my iPad.
you can download them from: https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/vehicle-information.html?redirect=null
I ran into the same thing back in June. I just ordered the truck I wanted from Criswell (also check Koons). It was super easy, truck as I want it, and the price was still better than anything I could find in inventory that wasn't exactly what I wanted anyway.
They are prob deducting the destination off MSRP for your discount, then adding it back in. But check.
Ie: 6% off invoice
They will remove the $1695 from invoice pricing, then figure out the 6% discount, then add the $1695 back in.
What if you disabled approach lighting?
edit: never mind that won’t work. Checked manual. I think only way is turning off interior lamps with switch and I’m not sure that even works for cargo lamp.
I agree. I purchased my Laramie back in August and my credit union was 2.49% for up to 72 months. I have that rate and 65 months.
I'd much rather deal with a local credit union. Any questions or concerns I just drive over there. I don't see the FCA financing as worth it.
I financed through a...
Generally it’s take one or the other, and with interest rates being so low it usually better to take the rebates, but it depends on your credit, etc..
You can call FCA or use the website to find all available rebates in your area.

I’m so confused. I have a 2020 Laramie with Level 1 package and could have sworn the tailgate ajar lamp worked when using my Fob or the release button up in the overhead console. The other day I accidentally drove off without closing the tailgate and got no warning or anything. My truck was...
I did the tread lightly too. T-shirt and like $480 back.
My 2020 Laramie ended up being 20% off MSRP with the rebates at the time $3500). Nice to have both dealers within one day. I enjoyed the no haggle experience.
Again I think it’s worth doing all the match. 2% of 50k is $1000.
The Koons dealer fees are crazy high if I recall, about double that of Criswell too. It could be a wash or close. Mine was a couple hundred dollars difference.
The larger the MSRP I think the better Criswell looks (discount % off...
I hope anyone considering Koons is also checking with Carl at Criswell. They use different math / discounts (off MSRP vs invoice), but for my 2020 Ram the Criswell deal was the less expensive option. I really enjoyed working with Carl too. The entire process went great and I was out of state (8...
What about having the oil changed, checked for debris, and sent out for analysis?
Did the first dealer do any paperwork confirming the noise?
If yes get copies and make sure it’s in the system and documents.
Then just drive it and hope it never comes back!
