I ordered my limited longorn on 3/12, and it is in KZ status awaiting shipment with no ETA, yet. So the limited didn’t delay anything on my end.

Better mpg is always a plus. The new engines sound promising, but I’d wait a bit and let them work through the growing pains of the first few years.
