Not specifically crystalline but he had ceramic tint instead of just carbon. And yes 30%. Idk the technical names for it. I'll have pics tonight when it's done dropping of at 5pm tonight
Small update cause I ended up working 14hrs today so not much time. I came home and tried 70% iso alcohol. Spraying it on and using some elbow grease. Minimal change at all. Was getting a little angry so I put so much elbow grease with a pretty dry paper towel in a small area that I actually saw...
It seems as tho it's residue from something. I was thinking oily something from wipers or something from factory. Whatever it is, it isn't dirt. It looks spotless in the sun but in low light and some rain or moisture, forget it
I haven't used razor blade cause I don't wanna scratch it. What is the glass stripper? I saw some guys use a clay bar but idk if it'll work. Worth a try I guess. It's like a haze tho not dirt
My truck is super new and I just don't understand the haze on the windshield. As soon as it gets wet you can see the haze. I tried cleaning with invisible glass and also rainx ceramic stuff. This is what is left after trying to dry it all off with a towel. Any help is greatly appreciated
But it's bolted right to the frame. So weird that it "works"? Lol... Sacrificial anode would be way cooler so we don't have to worry about rust later in the trucks life
