I live in Indiana too, ordered from O'Daniels in Ft. Wayne. The guy I've been working with says they are a volume dealer and should get some priority, but no luck for me yet! Ordered on 8/13, no status at this point.

Almost the same situation for me too! I drove a couple of Laramies with the eTorque to get a feel of that, then drove a Limited with the ecoDiesel because that's all they had. It was almost impossible for me to find a Limited with eTorque near where I live, so I haven't driven my exact build...
