These anomalies can be caused by a known issue - weak ground connections including but not limited to under the hood (driver's side, above the headlight) - these are known to make electronic systems freak out. Easy fixed with wire brush and some electrical grease. My tech at my dealer starts...
Something is very wrong either with your A/C system, or with your thermometer. Likely the latter. I don't think an auto AC system is even capable to produce such temps. And if it somehow does, this will likely damage or destroy something. This is not a normal situation or by any means and I...
With the warmer weather here in Illinois now, I'm getting pretty consistent 18.5mpg in city/suburban driving. This is my third consecutive tank with such results now, 100% suburban - getting groceries, Home Depot, liqour store (lol), UPS / Fedex, etc. All within 10 mile radius (so short trips)...
2019 Bighorn Hemi eTorque Lvl 2, 22500 miles now, zero issues except for minor Uconnect glitches from time to time. Very happy with the truck.

With all due respect, this topic had been beaten to death on this forum and everywhere else. There are stories of people fighting with dealers and FCA over this issue, there are well known DIY workarounds... Sorry, I just can't stand another "AC not too cold" thread [emoji15]

Possible. Mine is Quad Cab. Could it be that the crew cab's floor storage bins in the rear, (which QCs don't have) restrict the space for the gas tank?

Exactly. "Why is it so much worse than the sticker?" Here's why - an example chart from EPA highway mpg rating test. Average speed 48-ish, never even went over 60.
If I did this exact test with my truck, I'd easily get 24.5+ mpg [emoji16]

Bighorn HEMI eTorque here. Mine is even better, getting 24+ (hand calculated) at 55-60, but it has 3.21 gears. I usually travel at 65-70, which gets me anywhere between 22.5 -23.8
Mpg drops dramatically with speed in these trucks, mostly due to the aerodynamic drag. I once did a 225 mile one way...
I greatly appreciate the offer, sir, but my trailer brake controller is working well, even though the updated AlfaOBD reads it as disabled / inactive. I successfully activated it back in Nov last year using "MY2013-17" version. I believe the original poster @Teamlacalle could give it a try, as...
Ok, now I'm totally confused. Just went to the truck to check the settings for you and... AlfaOBD shows all four settings (P/T ITBM plus three CustSetMenu values) as... disabled! The damn thing works perfectly though, I actually did about 100 miles today with my travel trailer.
One thing I...
I'd start by disabling and enabling again the "P/T Chassis Net-ITBM/HWM Integrated Trailer Brake Module" option. The three CustSetMenu trailer-related settings shouldn't really matter, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try them too.
Also, I read somewhere on the forum that one of the infotainment...
Yes. It has its own separate screen in the evic where it shows real time trailer brake percentage, gain setting and trailer brake type. It's called "Trailer Tow" if I'm not mistaken. I can navigate to it like to any other screen (vehicle info, trip info, mpg etc.). Also, when I touch the manual...
