Based on the responses I’ll give it a few days before trying a reset.

I got the update yesterday. I checked my navigation a while ago and it’s still offline and my mic is still greyed out. Anyone have any ideas or info? I thought the new software resolved the issue?

No. I figured the update would fix it so never thought to do that. If I do will I lose settings?

Yep. Took a day for my backup camera to return.

Got the update earlier today in northern NJ. Haven’t noticed anything different so far. I didn’t lose any settings after the update.

My wife’s Volvo came with a screen cleaning cloth that is the best I have ever come across. I believe you can buy them online for about $15 (not cheap) but absolutely nothing compares. I’ve had other vehicles come with cloths but they weee crap and left lots of lint. The one from Volvo is...

I don’t use cleaner. A high quality eyeglass cloth will do the trick and not leave any lint. The dry cloths work on my polycarbonate eyeglass lenses and don’t scratch or leave lint so it’s perfectly safe for the screen.

You can find larger sized eyeglass cloths that are just the right size and not too big or bulky. It takes almost no pressure to clear up fingerprints. I keep it in the top glove box and it takes up no room at all.

I use a good quality eyeglass cloth.

What exactly did you do to take the slip out? I would love to make mine tighter.

I would love to have the offline nav fixed.
