So dealer called me back and sent the updated poc. Everything is still on there with estimated ship date of 12/3(more than likely build date). Price went up $1,100 but he said I'm price protected so things are looking good!

Yea I sent an email like a month ago asking how they are building so many trucks ordered after mine. At this point its the only truck I want so I'm just glad I have a little hope now.

Ramchat told me i went d1 last Thursday and got this today. Dealer told me last Monday that the factory rep told him estimated build date was 12/6 after I put some pressure on him.

I have to imagine it's restricted but then again I think a lot of people consider 1k a lot of money for headlights considering you never see the tails.

I believe it's standard on the laramie and def on the limiteds but it's called premium lighting group on the big horns. 995 dollar option and includes led headlights, taillights and fogs

When did you order? I think the issue is the premium lighting on the lower models like the big horns. They stand to make more selling the limiteds with the LED lights

I can't wait to see pictures your truck. Mine shouldn't be far behind you but I haven't seen a single backcountry with the premium lighting other than the one they have displayed.

Yea I just don't see the benefits of the etorque over the regular hemi for driving experience and possible issues down the road. Glad to hear everything else is great though!

My dealer questioned the factory rep last week who told him the factory estimated build date would be 12/8. He said that doesn't show on his end but I found out from ram chat this morning that I'm now D1 so there might just be some accurate info from the factory reps getting put out there.

Yea I actually emailed me salesman yesterday but ill call him today. I wanted to confirm my options prior to going d1 but I haven't checked with chat since Monday so it may have already been d1 yesterday.

Just checked in with Ram chat and it sounds like I've gone to D1! After pushing the issue with my dealer about a week ago the factory rep told him estimated build date was 12/8 so this gives me hope now that I've stepped up to D1.

Maybe that's why. Premium lighting is a deal breaker for me. I know how difficult and pricey it is to upgrade afterwards.

Any with air suspension or is that a pain to check? I mean 242 is insanely low imo but we have no idea how many were ordered.

I don't know if it's true but my buddy said he couldn't order a backcountry a few days ago.
