I ordered the Extang Solid 2.0 from Autoeq here in Canada. Got to me in is 3ish business days. They say it can hold up to 750lb. Easy install too.

2 weeks is still a lot of time. My truck was built on June 18th and sent out of the plant at 10am to go to the Mopar Accessories. Sent back at 4am on the 19th to the plant. Then sent off on a rail later that day. When they build it....it can be quick.

I am starting to think there is some sort of relation between dealers and the plant and that may contribute to how they prioritize it.

I like that you don't need the rails on the inside for the Extang. Easier install and easier to take off if needed. Plus I don't mind the on top of the bed frame look.

So I went to my dealer today. Signed all my paperwork. So when the truck arrives I just have to inspect it and sign one more thing. They are also doing a Ceramic Coating and the 3m PPF on the front end. Truck arrives on the 13th and is good to go on the 15th.

Disappointing news. My delivery date got pushed by a week. Rather than get it on the 7th of July. I will be able to get it on the 15th now. Stupid trains.

You received a build sheet after it has been built. You will get it before it goes to the vendor and gets accessories. You will received your window sticker when it has been released by the plant and is cleared for shipping.

Where I am. We fully reopen on July 11th. Every province is in the process of reopening. I don't want to get into why they are thinking of canceling it. Definitely a touching subject for some and I don't want to offend anyone.

My dealer said my truck will be in late next week. Will be able to pick it up the following week since it's a holiday coming up.
