My presets were disappearing as well. I had mostly Sirius channels, a few FM and 1 AM channel. The last time I reset them I did not include the FM and AM stations. It has been over a week now and they are still there. Seems pretty finicky.

Just went to the Ram website and built my current order. When I got down to the summary, the pop-up appeared. Incentive good until 4/6/22.

The point is, I ordered this truck with BSM and now it looks like that option is no longer available on the Big Horn. Based on this and the chart that triple_B provided last week, lends me to believe that this is the option causing mine and others Big Horn orders to be sitting in D status so...

It looks like blind spot and cross path detection is no longer an option to select on the Big Horn model in the Ram builder website. Might explain why I’m sitting in D status for 116 days! 😡

I think the chart that triple_B posted yesterday says it all. They are allocating the scarce parts (options) to the high-end units. BSM is standard on the Limited, so they’re not going to waste any of these parts on a “low end” Big Horn until 100% of the allocated Limited’s are built.

THIS is probably why I have been “gathering parts” for 108 days.

Got the first update today from my case that was “escalated “ 30 days ago to say there is no update to the build status at this point. Still in D status. 🤣😂🤮

Got the same thing over three weeks ago. Haven’t heard a word since. Means absolutely nothing!
