It however is RAMs representation towards the customer and therefore for the customer it is RAM... everything else is just an excuse! Yes customer service can’t solve your problem but they could actually care, follow up, keep track of issues, communicate... instead all they do is copy paste...

So you have issues with your ecu you call Bosch? Because they supply the software to FCA? Paying for a map update after 3 years is one thing but delivering a truck with an almost 2 yo map and then say oh you have to to pay extra for a up to date map is something completely different... Sent...

Just moved from Texas to SoCal weeks after my truck got delivered... pretty straight forward and easy go with the truck to any smog check shop pay the ~50$? fee, drive it to the dmv show it for inspection like any other vehicle... pay the registration fees and difference in vehicle / sales tax...

100% agree it’s super easy to install I did it alone you need a little trick for that I put a wooden step ladder from the kitchen on the bed to put the case on during assembly but with a helping hand it’s dead easy and probably quicker than driving to a shop get it done and back... plus you save...

Isn’t xm guardian 3 years included? xm radio is 1 year trial only for sure... the moment I have to pay for guardian services I will sell the truck 3 years is when I’d get rid of it anyways... if it’s one year it will be gone after one year and won’t get another ram for sure... if not earlier...
