The 12.5 wide tires should be more of a concern than the height. On stock wheels, you may come into contact with the UCA’s and might need wheel spacers. 33’s will fit with a level 100%. Mopar 2 inch lift UCA’s would be the right part, not ORP UCA’s as they are the same as stock. if leveling...

And there is no tape on the flare. It simply mounts to the fender using the existing bolts for the liner.

Funny you say that because that "ah-ha" moment did come across...in my defense I started the work like 6pm, but was cleaning truck from like 9am that morning. I used isopropyl alcohol on the panel just before I laid down the tape, so the whole area beneath the painters tape was wiped down...
