2019 RAM 1500 LARAMIE - trailer tow package

Yep, just a FYI, I do have the power deployable steps on my Longhorn and love them. I like the width and they are just the right height for everyone in my family. I have had no problem with them in the snow and cold. Have had power running boards on our Ford Expeditions for years and have never...

All Fixed Up! Lift, tires, exc.

Yes but remember, I had to trim some plastic and pull the plastic back a bit with zip ties to achieve the 1/8 in gap so without doing this you may be closer than 3/4”

What The 2019 Ram 1500 Grille Was Originally Going To Look Like:

IMO, glad RAM did what they did with the new grille!

    Power running boards in winter

Have had plenty of snow and ice here this winter and no problems whatsoever.

2019 RAM 1500 LARAMIE - trailer tow package

Just to clarify your confusion, if this truck has the tow package(tow mirrors) it will NOT have the surround view or power fold. The list like the one posted above are very confusing for any vehicle and I do not like any of them. On most any vehicle these lists post everything standard and...

Rubbing with 35” tire on 20x12 wheels with 3.5” RC lift?

Yes, my 35x12.5 tires on ‘0’ offset 20x9 wheels did rub with 3 1/2” RC lift. I had to trim some plastic on the lower rear of the front fender wells. Details in my thread “All Fixed Up, tires, wheels, exc.” Truck details in my signature.

    3.21. vs 3.92 gear

Absolutely. I appreciate the wide variance that Ram offers. Ford I believe offers a 3:31, 3:55, and a 3:73. Ram offering a 3:21, 3:55( with V-6) and the 3:92 gives a somewhat ‘wider’ scope. Myself, who isn’t as concerned with mpg’s, opts for the 3:92 for towing and working. Glad Ram also offers...

    New Recall Coming: Power Steering

Well :poop:! Just had it in for the ABS recall I received a couple months ago and software updates yesterday. Been dragging my feet on those incase there were others that come up and could just get them all done at once. Guess I should of waited a bit longer! The dealer did not know...

Two Tone Longhorn - Late Availability

I was at my dealer yesterday to get the ABS recall done and they mentioned the same thing, was unable to order at the moment and didn’t know when. They have only one two tone Longhorn on the lot. I received mine this past July.

Need quick input on deal level of Longhorns only here. About to cancel my built truck

IMO, sounds like a good deal to me, probably a few folks around here would take that and run! Good luck and good choice on the Longhorn!(y)

    eTorque worth it?

I do not have the air, another reason why I went with a Longhorn and not a Limited. I wanted to lift it so I went coil.

    eTorque worth it?

I know opinions will very, for me I do like the e-torque. Long story but I originally ordered a truck in April with the regular Hemi. I then changed what I wanted and ordered a second truck later on and was forced to get e-torque at that time because the regular Hemi was not available at that...

All Fixed Up! Lift, tires, exc.

With the 12.5’s I would guess it would be close.

All Fixed Up! Lift, tires, exc.

At the top of the flares they stick out just under a half inch. There is a picture showing the side of the truck and how far they stick out at the beginning of this thread. The mpg’s aren’t bad but it is mostly 50-60 mph two lane highway or county roads. That’s about the “sweet” spot for the...

More efficicient....right. What car and driver says......

There you go, another slap in the face to GM for anything new they have come up with recently that has to do with a pickup. Sad:(

Did you like the look of the 2019 rams at first?

Yes, immediately. Had to have one so much I traded my ‘10 3500 diesel with only 50,000 miles. It was my baby and I swore I would keep it forever!:giggle:

All Fixed Up! Lift, tires, exc.

During the summer with 70/30 mix of rural highway, county roads (70) and in town (30) I was consistently at 16mpg on paper. Winter it is down to around 15 with the 275/65’s.
