Had my truck at the installer this morning to install cab clearance lights. Went with the newer model low profile 3 piece GM lights because they are the smallest we could find and I have limited room due to the pano roof. Once the installer took down the headliner to look, noticed that on the...
Yes, I just replaced the stock muffler with this one, lined right up with the inlet and outlet offsets. My resonators are still in place with no mods, still stock. IMO this is the sound you are looking for. I will try to post sound clip when I can, I do not have the truck momentarily, having...
Just to solidify the answer as @devildodge stated, the new tailgate is still rated at 2000 pounds. Personally, I always have 10-12 50 pound bags of product/livestock feed (500-600 pounds total) on the tailgate and don’t think twice about it. You’ll be fine!
Have a 3 1/2” RC lift with 3:92’s. Have no problem towing my livestock trailer with up to 10,000 pounds no problem. Most of the time I am in the 6,000-8,000 pound range but occasionally 10,000. Have no problem hauling payload either. I do have helper air bags in the rear coil springs to help...
Also the AMP Terrain Pro A/T’s. They have a similar tread pattern to the BFG AT’s but are much more noisy. I have them on my stock 20’s for the winter and love the traction but they are looooooud!
@sticker500 has one on a Limited, it looks awesome! Look at the thread by @mxracer32 titled “Limited with sport hood”. I also believe @PorBoy has one on a Laramie.
Personally I have never had a problem with after market exhaust affecting warranty of any brand truck I have ever had. It has never even been brought up, but I will say, have always had good service managers with local dealerships of all brands as well.
Awesome truck! Little disappointed in payload and towing numbers though. I know it is meant for a different use than a ‘normal’ truck but still.
Agree, I am fortunate not to have issues. I feel for those who have. I too would be very frustrated for being excited about purchasing a new vehicle just to have loads of problems with it.
What a truck! Fortunately I have had no major issues and only a couple minors, not even worth fussin over. I have had many, many trucks over the years and they all felt comfortable and I customized them to my likings. This ‘19 Ram is by far the most comfortable with the design, tech, and all the...
Had a neighbor that had a truck just like this, color and all, when I was in high school. Up till then we had always had Ford’s on the farm and I remember this was the truck that started my interest in Ram’s back then.
12” all the way! Over 10,000 miles and love it, no major problems at all. Have had just a couple small glitches that were corrected when I shut it down and turned back on. It amazes me that for the tech that is built into the 12” and what all it does and controls that it doesn’t “glitch” more...
