It is doing good, we really like it. Have just under 60,000 miles on it now and no problems. Plenty of power and acceleration, however, sure doesn’t sound like the Hemi!
Noticed the comparison is between a loaded Laramie and a Limited with some comparing the Longhorn. IMO in the way you can opt these trucks, the Longhorn is more comparable with the Limited and not the Laramie, really shouldn’t be called a Laramie Longhorn. Basically, the level 1 Longhorn option...
Basic math, there is a reason the manufacturer states a 3:92 will tow 3000# more than a 3:21. Just go with that, no need to complicate it. Although not ‘legal’, someone should tow 20,000# with the same configured ‘19 1500 Ram trucks (or any brand for that matter) only difference being gear...
Ok, did he say he did NOT have a trailer brake control? And he was going 80mph with a 24’ trailer on a half ton.:censored: I’m glad he seemed to like how it towed though.
Congrats! I too came from a diesel to this ‘19. I had a 2010 3500 crew 6’4 bed and completely agree with the turning radius. My 2010 3500 turned tighter than this one!
Yep, have a lot of equipment and older trucks around here like that. Same bulb with two filaments, one bright for turn and brake and the brake would be interrupted for turn as you said, and a less bright filament for regular light. Have had vehicles also, for example, an older Honda Accord which...
Personally, I have always liked the rear lights on the Durango and Charger and I would agree, the regular lights are so bright that sometimes the brake lights are hard to see. Looks a little odd on the rear of my truck since my tailgate led’s are hard wired and the bar brake light goes out on...
Yeah, I installed a couple small led lights under the tailgate when I first bought the truck. Just a couple 12” bars on each side, skipping the center. However, I only connected the regular and brake lights, they are only double function and not triple with the turn signals so I never noticed it...
I’m sure many of you know this but I didn’t see a thread on it unless I missed it. Can’t believe I didn’t notice before but after following my wife home as she was driving the Ram I noticed the brake light would go off on the side that the turn signal was active. When I got home I tried the...
I here ya! I’m embarrassed to say until just this past Christmas I still had a flip phone! I always used my I-pad for any internet related work/conversation. Everyone I know give me a hard time, even my kids had the newest and greatest phones. Now I have a modern phone and they like...
