    2019 vs. 2020 RAM 1500

I'm not him, but I've had no problems with my AC in the DC area. We've had extended periods this summer with temps in the 90s and high humidity. When my truck's been baking in the sun, usually I do the remote start a couple minutes before getting in and it's quite pleasant by the time I get in...

    “2020” Price Negotiated From MSRP

Yeah, that $799 processing fee is the standard here in the DC area. When I got quotes last year from 10+ dealers around here (I ended up ordering from Craig at Koons), I think the cheapest was maybe $750 and there was one that was around $850, if I recall correctly.

Leased 2019 Ram 4X4 Not fixed over 1 month

Generally lemon laws require that the vehicle goes back to the dealer X number of times for the same problem, OR be at the dealership for X cumulative amount of time. I'd recommend the OP google the lemon laws for their state to see what the particular requirements are.

No CD player in my 2020 1500

Give it a couple of years and streaming should be a better option. There are two major video codecs either currently being rolled out or soon to be rolled out, with more on the way, that should bring much better compression and I believe also allow for higher sound formats. Of course, then...

How many are passing on 2019 deals for the new 2020 diesel option?

That's one of the things I've been tracking. Diesel where I live used to be about $0.50 more per gallon than regular, but for the past year or two it's stabilized somewhere between $0.20 and $0.30 per gallon more, with one gas station down the street being rock solid at $0.20 more per gallon...

How many are passing on 2019 deals for the new 2020 diesel option?

Purely hypothetical since I got my Longhorn last year, but I'd be one of the ones holding out for the 3.0 if I were truck shopping right now. Unless it's a dog in the real world, or unless FCA comes out with the Tornado soonish and it rocks out with both power and MPG, the 3.0 will be in my next...

The wait is over! Best in class torque!

I'll be interested to see the official EPA mpg and if it can match it in real world driving. I'm clearly not coming remotely close to the EPA mpg in my almost completely loaded truck, so if the 3.0 is able to get in the ballpark of whatever the official rating is, that could be huge in my use...

    V6 & Air Suspension

I custom ordered mine, it wasn't a problem at all. I didn't do the two-tone paint on mine, but I remember there being other people posting about ordering holds and delays for the two-tone paint a year ago when I ordered mine. There was a dealer on the forum last year who really helped me out by...

    Payload

Look at the tire and loading sticker, that shows your payload. You don't need to do any calculations.

    Under floor storage !!

I have yet to use the Ram bins, but I've used the passenger side Ram Box as a cooler for tailgating a couple of times!

    Payload

Given that load, the side strap is probably connected via a single 500lb S-hook to the license plate frame. Only posers and urban cowboys need more than that!

    Payload

If you're asking what the legal payload is, it varies and is found on the door jamb sticker. If you're asking what the maximum possible payload is, well...

    Koons/beware

Yeah, I'm not seeing anything sketchy on the sheet besides the high Northern VA standard processing fee and the freight fee being backed out and added back in, but in my experience, every dealership I've ever worked with when I've purchased a new vehicle has done the freight fee shenanigans. If...

2019 RAM 2nd year Registration Fee (CA)

Just renewed my registration for two years in VA and ordered a special plate at the same time. Including the ~$75 special plate fee that was bundled in, it came out to $174.50

    Chevy Diesel Gets 33 MPG

Ram hit half of its initial claim that the revised diesel would be the most powerful, I wonder if they'll still hit the claim of most efficient after this news? Either way, unless the 2020 ecodiesel is a turkey, I'm still likely to get one when my current lease is up in 2021.

2019 Ram 1500 V6 Pentastar Highway MPG Loop:

I think 21.3 mpg sounds about right. My truck is substantially heavier and my best highway tank during road trips over the holidays last winter hand calculated at 19.88 mpg.
