I think the point is that out of > 65K Trucks built approximately 22 have this issue. (00.03 %) And, if you want to make sure that your truck is not one of the 22 without waiting for the recall notice, try your defrost. If it works, you are not one of the 22.
Yeah, not at all like prior edition under-seat storage. My first reaction athe the dealership was that it was forgotten. I had to google what it was supposed to look like.
You can absolutely lay it flat.
I am not saying this is a deliberate action. (That would require coordination beyond what we have seen previously.) However, why would FCA want to dissuade people from cancelling? A dealer might, a sales person would, however I'm not seeing significant excess inventory yet.
If a cancelled...
Seems like from the article posted earlier, https://www.carsdirect.com/deals-articles/how-long-does-a-factory-order-take Toyota may have a better way of trading allocated inventory around their dealer network. I suspect that MD or MileOne might have larger allocations to juggle, however even if...
Is the Toyota a custom build?
If not, it is a volume build that better matches your needs. Congratulations.
If it is a custom 2022 build, this is different from what has been described above, but is very good news for you. Congratulations.
Reads like Toyota just matched to your needs better out of the gate without the need to customize. 🤷♂️
With that being the case, seems like you have a tough decision to make. Switch to a volume built Ram, wait for your custom build, or switch to the volume built 1794. All the best with the...
Sorry, I do not believe this for a second. Your friend may have different options, or GMC had the parts they needed first, however no modern factory with just-in-time parts management builds in strict sequence. And, I assume we are talking about a 2021 Denali...
Exactly. And, isn't that what the Toyota guy is saying? If you want that 1794, you could have it. And, that is no different from numerous '22 Rams now sitting on lots.
If your concern with Ram is that their custom orders are taking longer then estimates that is fair. To say that they are...
Here is one they could handle. It even has your Tan Interior... Sitting at a Dealer in Muncy PA... No Tow group, however you could get it by next month.

Same dealer has this on the way... A bit of an...
It would...
If you eliminated factory orders, the dealer I worked with has some 33 2022 Crew Cabs listed as already onsite or in transit. They cover the full range from Big Horns to the TRX mentioned at $92K. (I didn't bother counting the Quad Cabs.)
I have no doubt they could deliver one...
So, I do not think @HAG1417 is wrong...
GMCs were just announced, with no real estimates for first deliveries. Regarding Toyota, your dealer is probably right that he could put you in one in under a month. That said, I have 4 dealers in a 30-mile radius of me that have Limiteds in-stock...
This is close to what I paid... I was sold on it as soon as I learned the replacement cost of the 12" screen. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Considered 3rd party, however figure it is easier to stick with the dealer version for quicker service.
Could explain why a Truck like this one gets built with Tow Mirrors and a 3.21 axle... https://www.jeep.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=1C6SRFHT6NN181445
For me, the chrome would have been the same on either the Longhorn or the Bighorn. Personally, not a factor.
The safe is from Lock'er down. They sell through 3rd parties like Amazon and Guardian. Since they seem to be a family business, I bought direct. https://www.lockerdown.com/
Easy...
I have delayed posing this until a deposit matter was sorted out.
On November 6th I took delivery of a Delmonico Red Longhorn 4x4 5.7 bed with the Level 1 Group, 3.92 Axel, 5.7 eTorque, Sunroof, Trailer Break, and 22” Wheels. For those that are interested, vin=1C6SRFKT3NN101351
Worth note, the...
No Level1 available on the Longhorns either. I get that not everybody will select the options, but it has to be a rather small group of people that want to buy a higher end truck like the Limited without these features.
