Can always stroke what you have and add the 6.4L cam and intake manifold. Would take tunning as well, but that's a very mild build and should be an easy tune. My guestimate would be 5-7k, or add a Procharger kit to what you have at ~8k. I personally have a power bug fix in my other vehicle...

Mine was 5 off and it bothered me a lot, even though I knew, my very problem WAS that I knew it wasn't accurate and by how much. I HAD to fix that, just who I am mentally.

In Alfa they have a Min Load Inflation Pressure Rear & Front option as well, I would guess the max is for the horn to beep when filling up and that setting turned On on the 12"/8.4" (Tire Fill Assist I think) and the min setting would be where it would cause a low-pressure warning and light.

I cannot confirm it works, but there is a 2022 BCM in AlfaOBD which is needed to connect to in order to do tire programing.

It's called Torque Management, and can likely be tuned out, but not by the dealer. Will need an unlocked PCM and a tune.
