Maybe, my truck will be 22 years old in two weeks, been using since new. Only on my tires and engine compartment ,not on the inside. No issues for me.

Pain old $2.00 hydrygen peroxide Work best on love bugs. Use full strength will not harm paint. Spray on let soak for a few minutes then wash off with soapy water use on my motorcycle. After spry with plexus buff with a good micro fiber cloth.

I use reg armor all cut 50/50 or 60/40 with water, spray some on engine also after spray cleaning, looks like new an not greasy . Just let air dry. Picture is of my 2000 f150
