I have a lot of in town driving today with errands so hopefully will see an update pop today. I lost a Bluetooth call last night when my end went mute. So sick of that issue.
Edit-thanks for Derlant1983 uploading a screenshot.. there is hope for all of the NG0L guys...
Until I see a NG0L radio part info screenshot showing it's updated I'm not convinced I'm getting any update.
N0GL here as well. What wizardry are you guys doing for those of you who are getting the updates? Do you just put it into park after a drive and the update prompts or are you hitting the power off button and it is prompting?
Got the moan kit installed today. First time quiet in months. My daughter actually noticed the silence and had a big smile on her face as she awaited me to pull out the garage so she could jump into the truck. Before, she would place her hands over her ears everytime. Now I need to just...
Looks like you can't go wrong either way. Leno looks a bit more matte, but like you said, you didn't touch the tire with an applicator with surf city so there's definitely more gloss.
I hope you can get to the root of the problem but I drove mine like grandpa for awhile and once I let it go a bit (especially with initial accelerating) I noticed a positive change. Others with your gear ratio have noticed less mpg but I think you are on the lower end of what I've seen.
With Eco mode and start/stop activated, that is a low number. As others have stated on other threads and I agree with after practicing, don't baby that hemi when accelerating. Get quickly up to speed and try to learn the pedal pressure to stay in eco mode as long as possible (if fuel savings...
I have my truck scheduled this Friday for the squeal and moan issues (once again). It took 3 months for whatever parts to come in that FCA recommends to fix it. I am aware of TSB 05-002-19 and there has been mention that it has been revised (but not updated on the 5th gen TSB thread). Can...
Yeah, he is pretty meticulous. That's why I was thinking a professional would be best idea in this case. I don't think many guys have a 1" DA polisher laying around like this guy.
I also have enjoyed the updates to this long term review. I reached out to the author a little while back to see if FCA ever reached out to him to address the 12" issues that they have been writing about. He said FCA had not but that he would try to get some response in the future updates...
It took me awhile to get adjusted to the tow mirrors but kind of like them now (hated them at the beginning). It's counter intuitive to not have the power fold on the tow mirrors as you will need them to fold in more often than the smaller standard ones. Those tight bank drive-throughs are a...
I agree, my protector reflects the light off its own surface and will help mask any imperfections on the screen itself. Plus, having the protector gives piece of mind that the actual surface of the screen can't get any worse with unintended gaffs.
I keep mine on and I have become immune to the back and neck jolt. :ROFLMAO: I am like others who back into a garage with maybe a foot to inches to spare here and there and it helps me double check my bearings to make sure I am on my correct line and not going to end up with a dent. I see it as...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you have radio stations broadcasting in HD and you have that feature (and option selected in uconnect) you should be able to pause for up to 15 mins? I don't presently live near any local HD stations but in my previous vehicle that's how it worked.
I don't know the breed of dog (some breeds are more hypersensitive to sounds), but maybe we are overthinking it regarding sound frequency issues. A lot of us have dogs and if it were a problem I would think that more would experience the same problem (where they were happy before in a previous...
OP, if you can't get it resolved with the dealer with no money out of your pocket, take it to a professional detailer to have it looked at. With the right pro, there are specialized DAs, polishers and techniques to bring that piano black. That would be more cost effective than purchasing a...
