It should fit just fine. As someone else said earlier in the thread, the only difference will be no front differential drop in the 2wd. You'll still cut into the front crossmember and install the pieces from the lift there to drop the lower control arms. The combination of that and the new...
It's hit and miss. Sometimes they are on there pretty good. How many miles you've got on the vehicle can also impact it. I leveled my 2019 within 1500 miles of buying it and mine separated with ease.
The grill, bumper, and piece underneath the headlights are all different. The bumper is larger on the Rebel vs the other models and raises up higher. Because of that, the Rebel grill is slightly smaller as well as the pieces underneath the headlights.
With the Mopar kit those wheels and tires will fit just fine. You might have a very slight rub in the front fender well but only on the inside plastic which can easily be fixed. You just get a heat gun and mold it out of the way. I ran 305/55r20 which is just slightly bigger than your 33x12.50...

I can get about 16 still, but thats with 35s at 80 mph, 3.21 gears and a 6" lift. I average 11-12 with city driving. The Airflow didn't seem to change it any. Doesn't help that I run a Pedal Commander that is usually set to Sport+ mode.
People here have figured it out. There is an entire thread on this detailing how to make it work. https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/adding-passive-entry-how-to.22274/
