A little different in our household....I'm here because it's my wife's Rebel on order and she won't stop asking me how much longer until she gets her damn truck. :ROFLMAO: And I was told I can't do anything until she gets her truck. So when the green 392 Jeeps came out, I immediately ordered her...
This is not true. The inbound freight is considered in the cost of the vehicle. The destination charge is the cost to go from the plant to the dealer. It is one cost regardless of location so us in Michigan lose out, but those in Washington win.
There are 21s running down the line. While those are finishing the 48 hours down the line, the 22s have started at the beginning. There more than likely isn't any downtime between the two (or very little). This is not a major model year change. For the most part, the assembly line workers...

There are 340 workers striking, UAW...

It is 100% an inventory issue. I work for an electronics supplier for the OEMs (including DT). The inventory is so low right now that some of our suppliers are increasing our costs by 80%+. We are constantly battling with our suppliers for inventory vs the other suppliers. Same thing the OEMs...
True, but that would be dealer margin, not FCA. Those trucks are only 75-90k MSRP. I agree that the limited would have higher profit margin. FCA dumped a ton of money into the TRX and are not selling nearly as many as standard Rams. The standard rams have all their investments spread across...
