Well I guess I'm going to have to take this in to the dealer. I re-tried clearing all my data, then called to get re-activated. Sirius told me that I was already activated even tho my truck said it was not. Remote services work for upto 10 minutes from when I shut the truck off, after that...

I tried activating via the phone call yesterday evening around 5:00pm EST. The call went thru and I told the rep I was trying to activate my account, she told me that their system was down and I would need to call back. No estimate as to when they would be back up. I think they are having big...
Well I tried the resetting of my system I got to the point where it said activate press the button says an email was sent I opened the email and it said cannot activate a account with this VIN number and email address is already in the system. I guess I will wait to hear if there is irresolution...
I'm in the same boat. The app or the website will "only" work within 20 minutes of shutting the truck off. I have talked to Sirius several times and they are telling me I have to take it to the dealer. Everything else works great so I have been hesitant to take it in. I really don't want them...
I don't think Sirius ca access your car if it has been shut off a 1/2 hour or more. That would be a good test. Just call them from your house or cell and see if they can locate your truck and remotely unlock it. If it has been sitting over a half hour I bet they can't.
On the other hand this looks like it could be the module. I don't know. https://www.factoryradioparts.com/products/2019-ram-truck-1500-2500-3500-dt-uconnect-4c-with-8-and12-inch-screen-uaq-radio-module
The more I've tried to look into this the more I think the module is integrated into the radio. The parts websites I have looked at do not have any 2019 parts available however it states for older models see underline. Also my radio is a Panasonic, do you know what yours...
This is happening with both the 8.4 and the 12.1 radios. I think there is a seperate telematics module that plugs into the back of the radio that is responsible for listening for the remote signals. This same module also sends the health data and location data to the Sirius/Uconnect/Mopar cloud...
I'm in the same boat. I have the 8.4 Uconnect 4C screen also. Tried talking with Sirius, they said see the dealer. I tried pulling the negative on the battery to reboot the system, that didn't work. It works only for about 20 minutes after I shut the truck off then nada. Everything else is...
Pulled the negative cable and let it set for 1/2 hour. When I hooked it back up and started the car, the Sirius was not there and the screen looked completely different. After another 1/2 hour restarted and Sirius was back and even had my channels still programed. Tried a remote start it worked...
Heard this noise last night, an intermittent sound coming from the panoramic sunroof. It was a windy night driving at 75 to 80 mph. Sounded like BRRRRRRP. I put the sunroof in the vent position and the sound never repeated. Closed the vent and with a wind gust the sound reappeared. Sounds...
I think I am going to try and pull fuse F44 on the internal fuse box. The manual say it controls the " Radio / DCSD / Telematics Box Mod".
The Power Distribution Center is located under the drivers
side instrument panel, according to the manual.
