Mine does it again this morning but came back after I drove for an hour. I get the black screen and no error message, just like something covered up the camera.

I have dual climate and 12 inch screen. Build date late November 2018.

The driver side of the my windshield is also very slow to defrost this morning. Could someone please share the link to the TSB?

Just the general water leak from the rain. Could be the A pillar leak, the 3rd brake light leak or the sunroof leak. Would be nice to add a check box just for these type of water leaks.

I was really surprised of the amount of water getting through at that seam and it wasn't even a lot of rain. I just feel bad that I didn't check for the leak earlier. I didn't know I have the leak because I have the Husky floor mat sitting on top of the carpet.

Sorry to hear. Is the back wall wet? You may have the 3rd brake light leak. Do you have the sun roof?

Had that happened for the first time last week. Everything was working but the back up camera. Got the black screen. Shut the truck down for about 4 hrs and the camera came back on.

That's very good to hear. I also told my dealer about the the Star case and took my truck in today. Got a call later in the day that this is something that their body shop has to do but they don't have a can of the sealant spray to do the work. I'll have to bring it back next week. However...
