I've never heard of this issue. I've had the same kit installed for 2 years with no problems. Readylift does have a good warranty I would take pictures and reach out to them.
I have been waiting for my window to crack on my 2019 and a few months ago I finally noticed a small crack forming in the same place everyone else's does. My bumper to bumper ends in June so today I dropped it off at the dealer to have them look at it. While the crack is no where near as big...
Wonder if this is why my light sometimes doesn't work with the door open. Never bothered me enough to get it looked at and the problem is intermittent.
This is the part for the #2 picture above. Another member on here was nice enough to pull the part numbers off of his running boards. Doesn't look anything like the picture on any of the Mopar parts websites. I still haven't been able to find a set of takeoff's in my area but lately I haven't...

Well I guess I can always do what I first said I would and take the heat shield off myself to confirm. Just looks like more of a PITA than I want to deal with. The more I think about it the more it bothers me they idled the truck for so long. I can tell they aren't exaggerating since the truck...
So I finally got to my dealer to have the ticking noise looked at. I posted a video of this on page 9. I dropped it off late and they called me the next day to tell me they don't hear anything out of the ordinary. So I mentioned to them that I notice it more when the engine is warmed up...
Very disappointing this is such a common issue in engines with such low miles. When I have time I'll take the heat shield off of mine and confirm what's up before wasting any time at my local dealer.
