One ride in a Limited was all it took to convince me to trade my Laramie in on one. I think it is a combination of the air ride and the beter quality leather seats which gives such a great ride. No regrets.
I had owned a 2019 Laramie. It had loose rear control arm suspension bolts, causing a creaking noise. Later, the radio started doing the 3 seconds on, 3 off and no backup camera. It later rebooted after the truck parked for an hour and cleared. Then a few weeks later the radio output got super...
What year is yours? When I had my 2019 I noticed more road noise than my 2014 with the seat folded up. Turns out there was a period of a few months where they stopped installing the seal between the cab and box at the factory. There is a tech note out covering this. Dealer will install for free.
Actually, the hop is because the front wheels are trying to turn a higher speed than the rear when the steering is turned hard. In 4 HI the transfer case is trying to turn both driveshafts the same speed.
My 3 other vehicles have ACC and Forward Collision alert. The collision alert has alerted me a few times of the car in front slowing down before I noticed it. I can see how potentially it can help prevent an accident. As far as the ACC, I find myself using the conventional cruise control. Just...
I‘m not sure if you can see it there, but I read it is there. My Limited has FCW but not ACC, and the FCW has gone off once on me, just the warning but hasn’t applied the brakes, yet.
I mentioned this a few times on here, but my 2019 Laramie started that squeak from the rear when changing torque direction. I found The rear control arm bolts loose. Very loose. I tightened them, but the noise came back about 1k miles later. Dealer had to replace 2 rear control arms due to the...
I drive from Pa to Florida a few times a year. I use regular cruise to give my foot a break. I don’t mind pushing the up/ down buttons to adjust my speed. If there is a lot of traffic, I would rather not use cruise at all. As someone mentioned, in heavy traffic like I95 usually is, ACC seems to...
It’s a 2021. Red is hard to find around here to begin with. Mine does not have the electronics package with the surround view, but I was glad it didn’t. I didn’t want to pay $3k for lane assist, ACC, and rear ventilated seats that I don’t use anyway. Made the truck that much more affordable.
I have ACC on my Challenger and my wife’s 300. Not really a fan of it. The Limited I bought in December did not come with the Electronics package that includes ACC and Lane departure, which was fine with me.
Just drove my 2021 Limited from Pa to Florida. truck just turned 1000 miles before I left. Averaged 18 to 19 mpg on 3 tanks calculated, average 70 to 80 mph. Not bad for the cold temps, winter gas and 87 octane. Not to mention not broken in yet.
There was a big difference. The 2021 Limited seats are much more comfortable than my 2019 Laramie seats. The leather is nicer on the Limited, perhaps the padding is better too. My wife notice an immediate difference in the 2019 Laramie seats compared to the 2014 that I traded in. The 2014 was...
