I believe it turns off both sides on my 2016 1500 and 2020 3500. My 65lb Lab gets on the passenger seat and there is no sound, no dash messages or lights
Are you sure? I don't think the truck USB can input any truck data into the phone, I need some proof! I do know that when my phone is plugged into the truck's USB port and using its Speedometer app, the app pulls data from the GPS satellites in the sky to readout speed and distance...
Gotcha. I wouldn't trust any phone app while connected to CarPlay.
I use a phone speedo app, I have three. The one I use the most is GPS Speedometer by Cool Niks. All three of my speedo apps mirror what the Garmin GPS is sayin for speed and distance, have never seen a variance.
What do you mean by "connected to the truck in anyway"?
I test with a Garmin GPS and my phone. The phone is powered by the truck's USB port. The phone and the Garmin report the same data. I have never experienced what you describe, don't think that can happen.
I have all the info you provided.
Yes, I am a candidate for the TSB, my hack changes my coldest vent from 58 (stock) down to 42 (hacked). However, in stock mode, it cools me down to 72 without complaint so I have elected to not complete the TSB. And, if I hit a need, I have the hack.

What are the major changes? Can my 2020 HO be updated?
I have no A/C complaints but would like to keep things up to date.
Does TSB 24-001-20 GROUP: 24 - Heating and Air Conditioning include the "major Changes"? I appreciate your knowledge
I had a neighbor who added limited-slip by the dealer a few months after he bought the truck new. There was no warranty questioned, warranty stayed intact. I would challenge your dealer's comment via Chrysler Warranty or Ram Cares.
Don't believe the dealer, look for yourself. As HSKR R/T said, there are YouTube video/s that will show you where to look and how to install. The factory device is so much better than aftermarket that you have to hang below the dash, a knee knocker. Been there, done that.
Not sure if it's what you are looking to do. Found on this thread.
Dependant on year model for this to work, I do not think it will work for 2019's not sure about others, try if you like.
Make the upper and lower LED accent strips the DRLs (no other lights on). They will only come on in...
Poor tire wear because you ran them under-inflated.
Falken Wildpeak A/T3 (snow rated) are probably the best AT tire available.
To meet your priorities look at Hercules Terra Trac AT X-Venture, Continental TerrainClimate A/T, and Michelin Agilis Crossclimate. Michelin Defenders are popular...
Every truck I've owned had /has a Leer cap with a front tilt & removable front window.
I can't remember the last time I used that feature to clean the cab rear window as it just doesn't get that dirty.
Bought my 2016 new and have only been to the dealer for recall, etc. issues. All dealer visits have been excellent experiences. I do all the fluids and filter maintenance.
It has been a great, problem free, truck.
Same with my 2020 3500 HO.
Goof eye. It wanted to hang up on the carpet so I removed it thinking it safer to be removed than having it hang up in the carpet when need to use the extinguisher
