I always cringe when I see this only because my last service appointment was for 5 weeks out due to the backup at the dealer. More sales = longer wait. I can't tell you the last time I saw a new dealership opening.

Dealer had me pick up the truck but they did order the parts. WO shows that the tech duplicated my issues, which were worded identically to the TSB. Guess mgmt makes them do that no matter what Ram says.

I have the same issue where the GPS reliability is "none" and no signal on any satellite. Had it in for a few other things and the tech wrote that the HW passed diagnostics and there was a TSB for a FW fix but that he didn't have access to it. Only Uconnect has access to push it OTA.

If you look at the sheet metal pics from post #1, you'll see where that could wind up with a lot of spray on the ground. There's not a sealed cavity behind the plastic RamBox to contain the insulation - unless you removed the box and made one with taped off plastic sheeting or something similar...

No, just the one time and the battery has been fine since. I'm guessing the built in USB hub got hung somehow and ran in high power draw all night since I can't replicate it and it's not the battery.
