Installing is straight forward, as long as you have a little skill. The Car Link add-on ,once registered to your vehicle... will give you all functionality from your cell phone... software is on the app store of whatever phone you are using---search for the app CL6 ...
here is some easy...
OK boys back on subject... another option is Flashlogic RS-CH13 w/ Car Link add-on, great product at a great price. For everyone's info, Viper or the parent company DEI, is now owned by Audiovox.. so don't get hung up on brand names --- under all the plastic, the technology is the same... With...
@ Renagade -- if you are going from the round oem style to the oem led style, you have to flip the outputs around on the factory plug, meaning Pin 1 has to be placed in Pin 2 position and vice versa. On the round assembly pin 1 is power and pin 2 is ground, the led style is just the opposite...
Hey Bud--- I did add auto climate control to my vehicle... works great even though I do not have the windshield sensor, some say you need it but I see no ill effect. You will need to change the sun/auto light sensor on the center top dash, add the cabin sensor that sits behind drivers knee pad...

They do dim for sure.... I converted my truck from the standard lights to the factory oem leds.... and also added the two for the rear passengers... they all dim... In the process of adding the oem ambient lights to each door... something does not sound right..

kk... next question ... the lights under the drivers and pass floor.. are they the oem led lights or the simple bulb style... the led style actually have two lights in them, one for the interior and the other is the ambient. The ambient lighting only works with the parking/headlights are on...
@Dav -- just thinking, once you get the rear seat parts and wiring figured out... I could be wrong but I believe you will also have to change wiring harness in the console and change/add the rear switches to control the rear heat/vented seats.. You'll also have AlfaObd or the dealer add the...
@ Dav--- just double check that module.. that appears to be 'heat' only... if you need heat/vent, the module looks the same but it has a different part number as well as more plugs being used.... Following :)

@ all--- this is the part number for the rear seat module--needed....

More than likely the wiring isn't there ... with the parts mention above you will also need the module for the rear seats..
module no. 68290175AE
Good luck...
-=FM45=-
@JK--- do you have heated seats?? The module for heated seats and wheel is under the pass seat... Without that module, there is nothing that will activate it...

I would swap the wires/pins on the plug- harness side... leave fog harness alone... do both sides ,left and right.
What you are doing is just flipping the neg to positive and vice versa.. use pics as reference...
