I've owned it now for almost a year and drove it in similar waether conditions, never noticed a cooling fan sound

When it started doing it, it was a 111 outside, now its 95 and the truck been off for 5 hours, when i put it on run its still doing it.

Hi guys i've noticed today that the etorque battery behind the rear passenger seat is making sound like a cooling fan when the truck is running or on run, its been like this now for over 5 hours, any ideas?, is this a problem?
