Damn! Mine still makes the same popping sound! Tried using Bluetooth and than with Carplay same issue. Will try tomorrow again! Was really hopping that will fix it Iam still using iphone 7 T mobile

No much luck with mine truck. They contact Uconnect regarding issue, try to do something but at this point Uconnect doesn't not have solution. Apparently new update could be solution but they are not sure. I will post reference number they have with Uconnect and Chrysler, you might get luck...

Its a same thing with Bluetooth and carplay. Mostly using bluetooth only, i tried different phones, other carriers , my phone is running on lates ios update car as well. Might try to reset the radio and see results
