I work for a company, we have a dealer code because we are allowed to perform warranty and recall repairs. I am very familiar with dealer connect but I do not see that sales code that can be added.

GXD is not available to add I have to get someone at FCA to add them for me he is our dealerships tech advisor
Seems other dealers refuse to try or say they were told no the fact that I have someone willing to for me is due
to the fact that we have a great working relationship. He is emailing people higher up to get the sales code added to dealer portal to allow us to be able to add it as needed
