yes but pic on website is wrong. This is what they look like. You may have to drill a wider hole to mount the lights or buy thinner bolts. I went with baja lights and bolts are too thick. There is trimming involve. I was worry about the rain so I pour some water directly over the trim area and it was going down the fender so it would seem a no issue.

The putco brackets use the existing fender bolt, I will try to see if I kept other install photos in my older phone, I recently swap phones and didn't transfer everything to my new phone
the more expensive kind mount under the hood but are close to $200. I will share some links.
