Ucconect black screen after upgrade

Can anyone tell me the difference between the modules? Old one works in my truck but radio is locked and dealership will not fix it, and so I am swapping to the other module, once everything is connected, I’m not getting the screen to power up? Is there any special programming that can be done? I am 100 positive that the module is good.
The pic on the right is the module that is has radio lockout, 2nd pic is the module that the screen will not come up.

there should be a production date on the modules, I read somewhere that in 2023 or 2024 or possibly 25, the Uconnect 5 had a change to their software (the actual language of the OS) and you may need a corrosponding screen. I tried it with a 2025 screen (12inch) but a 2022/23 module and had the same issue. I put my 2022/23 module back in with the same screen, worked fine again... I was trying to swap because I had a issue with HD/Sirius tuners on my first one.

You also mention that your first radio is locked? By that do you mean you need the security code? Or something else?

Have the same issue, upgraded from UC4 to UC5 screen harness, ldvs, usb and module (P68583503AA), truck wakes with black unresponsive screen, climate and warning lights work, tried ics - not enabled, dcds - enabled….nothing
