What cleaner do you use to clean the screen typically? Hard to tell, but I've seen cleaners not designed for touchscreens/screens start to take the top coating(s) of the screen off, which usually looks like that.

Just wipe clean with a microfiber cloth.

That looks like the classic de-lamination problem.

However, did you buy this truck used? You might have a screen protector on there. If that's the case, it could just be failing and you can pull it off.
