No Sound Coming From Speakers !HELP!

Hello,

I am trying to fix my father’s speaker system in his 2020 Ram 1500. About a year ago, the speakers randomly stopped outputting audio leaving him without a working car radio.

I must clarify that the uconnect display is properly functioning. Backup cams work, can click around through the menu, and change radio stations (fm, am, siriusxm).

Now here is everything I’ve tried thus far:
- Unplugged and replugged in white and black power cables to AMP under driver side seat.
- Replaced 25 amp fuse for Audio Amplifier Module / Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) / Sine Wave (SW) Inverter
- Disconnected negative battery terminal for 10 minutes
- Switching from AM to FM channels back and forth

I’m really at a loss at what to even attempt next. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as we can not afford to take it in to the dealership at this time.

I’d try disconnecting both terminals and touching them together.

If that dont work then its multi meter time.

Have you tried an update?
Turn on wifi in the menu and connecting?

Those are 2 things I haven’t tried. I will try them out next time I can work on the truck and report back. Thanks!
