Ram 1500 DC 650. Can hemi 5.7l handle power reliably?

I highly doubt Ram will ever come out with a truck anything similar to the Direct Connection/Fox DC650, Hennessy Mammoth 400, or the Black Widow/Fox (SCA) SR650. They have been “gauging” interest for the Low Down concept since 2019, and they obviously decided that there was not enough interest to actually produce anything resembling it. Now, there is The Dude concept, but again, this is just another concept that they will most likely not produce. Some other company like Fox/SCA will have to make it.

a 5.7 hemi engine in a lowered TRX mule has already been leaked.. i’m sure something is being unveiled within the next 4 months

90k is too much $$$ and it has the god forsaken e-trash. throwing in a trx motor would have been a better way to go, hay what do i know?

Thats some FB (likely BS) stuff that you can't trust. Guy claims it has a 426 hellaphant in it, like that would ever make production or even come close to passing epa/cafe.

this is coming from a guy who leaks stuff out weeks/months ahead of time. and track record has been proven for the most part. i was a denier at first and but then started seeing some of the “leaks” come to life.

A hellephant street TRX though? Nah, not believing that

I watched his video and the truck he shows does not look lowered, but has street tires on it, which makes it look a little lower. I’m not saying 100% for sure that they won’t make a street truck with TRX bodywork, but remember that car manufacturers have been making “concept” vehicles for decades that they never came close to producing. I just don’t believe that there is a large enough market to sustain a factory lowered truck. Especially since there are so many aftermarket parts for customers to make their own after purchasing a regular truck. Don’t get me wrong, I would LOVE for my lowered truck to have TRX bodywork and wider wheels and tires for a much more aggressive look, but $$$$$.

I think if they were to offer a lowered truck, they need to change the front bumper and grill to the 2025+ Big Horn and above trim, and a body kit like the Mammoth 400 or DC650, for more of a street look.
