New Member, owner of a DCS650

I guess I live under a rock. Had to look it up.
All I can say is, wow!
Sounds like more fun than my insurance would allow. 😁

Welcome over to the truck forum, and congrats! How does she run?

I have a 26

Then, I think it would. Although, good luck getting the parts. When Fox (SCA Performance) made the Black Widow SR650 Ram 1500, I wanted to get a set of the side skirts and the front bumper, so I contacted them to ask about pricing. They told me that all parts were proprietary and the only way to get the parts is to buy the entire truck. In other words, they would not sell the parts to the public. After they quit making it, Hennessy started making the Mammoth 400, which was basically the same appearance package as the SR650. These trucks were all lowered using Ride Tech’s 2/4 lowering suspension kits.

Here are some pics of the SR650.

Scap, that's what I assumed, but my insurance is LOWER than what I'm paying on my 23 Challenger Scat Pack WB. I told them all about the truck and the modifications, so they had to send me to their specialty car insurance dept. Thru Progressive I'm paying $830 for 6 months.

Definitely something going on. I didn't pay that close attention.
That's the photo from the dealer website. Here's mine, with my 23 Charger Scat Pack trade in.

I ordered a DC 650 in Molten Red back in October, 2025. Got tired of waiting, so I started looking around. First, I wanted to see the Molten Red in person. I found a dealer that had stock trucks in both Hydro Blue and Molten Red parked next to each other. On a cloudy day the Red looked good, but so did the Blue. I went back on a sunny day, and found the Red unimpressive to me, and the Blue just popped! Yes, I have 2 B5 Blue Scat Packs, so I may partial to the Blue spectrum. I traded in my Charger Scat Pack, and now I gotta decide if I'm going to keep the Challenger now. After she hits 1500 and I can open it up, then I'll decide.

The FOX portion of the warranty states a few interesting things:
* Plugs must be changed every 12000 miles.
*Oil change every 3000 miles.
*Keep the revs UNDER 4000 rpm for the first 1500 miles.
*No cruise control the first 1500 miles.
*Insurance on this was CHEAPER than on the Challenger. What? Yes, I told them all about the way it is modded.
