factory supercharger for 5.7L?

another option to consider
This is an interesting option..it's basically a Roush/Ford/VMP blower unit..which have been thoroughly tested and proved.
It's a smaller volume blower than the Whipple and running less boost, so less added power, but these are great units.
I ran a VMP at 20psi on a 5.4L/330ci GT500 engine to the tune of 720rwhp/721rwtq..the TVS blowers make very square power numbers👍...⤵️

(couldn't find the 19.99psi graph, this is the 19.11psi graph..hair less hp..these SCs make beautiful torque curves!!)

Great numbers and great to see SAE corrections versus STD, which many shops use as it corrects to higher numbers. How does it drive? I haven't run an aftermarket supercharger on a car since 2003 and it took some tuning to get it to run. That was an older Mustang with a Vortech S-trim, so a centrifugal blower. A twin screw makes such great low end torque.

Justin (owner) from VMP tuned on his rolling dynamic at Shelbyfest in Hermann, MO some years ago.
Absolute monster!! Truth be told, overkill..I had a video (lost when phone fried) that showed me stabbing the throttle in fourth gear as I'm passing a 55mph sign..and the tires break loose and engine bounces on rev limiter! That was with sticky 315s on 20x11s..on the OEM 285s it would break them loose in fourth gear at 80mph (!!!) until you lost your nerve and let off the pedal. The taller 315s brought the 3.31 gear down to a 3.11 to make it more manageable.
I had a twin 72mm TB..which was probably too big..a twin 67mm would have been a bit snappier, but no complaints.
These style SCs are brutal torque multipliers..and it's instantaneous, off-idle power ..equaling great fun!!
