2021 Ram 1500 digital rear view mirror

Hello

I know there is a thread on adding digital rear view mirror. I have one from the factory but wanted one with dual input for a reverse cam on a trailer but I don't know what cable I need to run from the mirror to the back if the truck.

Or what camera I need for the trailer?


Is it really just a Fakra cable from the mirror to the bumper?

I just installed a digital rearview mirror and 3rd brake light camera on my 2021 RAM 1500.. install was simple, it was just a fakra cable from mirror to camera. But how would you switch between 2 cams on the rearview? Or would you install an aftermarket mirror? or switch of some sort? I am curious because I would love to add a front facing camera to either my radio or rearview.. di do NOT have 360 cams

The 2500s had digital mirrors with 2 Inputs and I think they can be switched with the mirror buttons.
