What are these for? (behind rear seat, the cloth handle and the white thing)

Pulled on the handle and nothing happens. And the white bracket thingy looks like nothing hooks to it - could this be for a baby seat?

Believe it or not they’re Car seat anchor points.

Tuck them behind the seat before they catch the anode cover on your sliding rear window and rip it off. The fix is a complete new rear window if your still under warranty.
