One is out. Anyone have issues with non-OEM replacements? I see them on Amazon for about 20$ for a pair. OEM are 30$ a piece. Thanks

I've gotten enough cheap non-working electronics and parts off of Amazon where I am always suspect. If I wasn't sure about the seller I'd spend the $30 for the OEM and replace it leaving the other alone. My time is worth more than the money and hassle of doing it a second time.

My Ram license plate has gone out twice on the passenger side but it was the connection. Are you sure the bulb is out and not a connection issue?
