I bought a new 2025 Ram Tungsten in March 2025. 2 weeks later it had intermittent connectivity issues, Uconnect... it would lose safety features. I left it a week while out of town and they couldn't duplicate. 3 service visits almost a month and it's fixed, almost, Uconnect failed again but problem went away overnight. They tore a lot apart and now the dash rattles behind the screen, and they can't find or fix it. There was a rattle under the engine area and they determined it was turbo related, 2 weeks in the shop they decided the 2nd turbo needed to be replaced with 4000 miles on it. Now the Sea Salt seats are failing from the inside of the leather. Every bottom seat has tacky spots that look like oil spots, they are not. Dodge approved replacing all the seat bottoms... I cant imagine how they will look after local seat replacement. This is a super nice truck, fast, quiet, smooth, car like drive, but it has glitches and serious and expensive needed repairs. Way too much time in the shop.

Update on my 2025 Ram Tungsten.

Over 70 days in service in 1 year.

Pursuant to the Florida Motor Vehicle Warranty Enforcement Act, this letter serves as formal written notice that my 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten continues to experience substantial defects that impair its use, value, and safety, and I am providing Stellantis with a final opportunity to repair the vehicle.
Since delivery, the vehicle has required repeated repair attempts for ongoing and recurring issues including, but not limited to:
• Odometer flashing (documented beginning at 95 miles and recurring)
• Repeated safety system failures (blind spot monitoring, emergency braking, collision warnings)
• Uconnect system faults and dash warnings
• Replacement of both turbochargers
• Dashboard disassembly resulting in persistent rattles
• Rattle under vehicle
• Seat discoloration and defective seat covers
• Replacement of multiple modules
• Ongoing electrical irregularities
Updated service history includes:
2-5-2025 – 95 miles – Odometer flashing (documented)
2-22-2025 – 301 miles – Check engine light
2-28-2025 to 3-12-2025 – Intermittent collision warnings
5-30-2025 to 6-3-2025 – Uconnect warnings
6-9-2025 to 6-18-2025 – Safety warnings, dash lit up, faulty module
7-29-2025 – Rattle behind dash, bad turbo(s)
8-26-2025 – Persistent rattles, key fob issue
9-2-2025 – Replacement of both turbochargers
11-24-2025 to 12-18-2025 – Continued dash rattle, under-vehicle rattle, seat discoloration
2-10-2026 to 2-25-2026 – Seat covers replaced, odometer flashing continues
2-25-2026 – Odometer flashing persists
The vehicle has been out of service for extended periods and continues to exhibit recurring and safety-related defects despite numerous repair attempts.
I currently have another scheduled service appointment on March 6, 2026 for replacement of two defective seat modules.

No trying to deny you are having issues, but those spots in the seat look like something was say between the legs of the person sitting in the seat that got on them. It's no coincidence both sides are right in the middle where one would sit stuff between their legs.

How often have you actually cleaned and tested the seats with detail supplies since new?
