2022 1500 Laramie. Factory LED driver side tail light burned out, but brake and turn signal work. I removed the tail light and it looks like it’s sealed and difficult to disassemble. Electrical connection looks clean. I assume the whole damn thing has to be replaced? Very disappointing on a truck this new with 67,000 miles. Any aftermarket options that match? Is it an option to change the plug and run regular non-led taillights?

The only option is to replace the assembly. Do you have BSM? If so, then you need the factory LED.

The BSM radar is in the taillights. I'm not 100% sure if the Halogen ones have that.
Got it. Maybe worse case scenario it just doesn’t work but doesn’t throw a warning light.
Get a replacement and transfer your radar module and you good to go.
That looks like a great option. Do you know if it would be a match for the oem passenger side tail light that I have?
Depends of which ones you have. There are 3 different styles. Just select the style you have, make sure they are for BSM.
